✔IMPORTANT: All orders ship within 7-10 Business days from the time of purchase Monday through Friday (***Weekends & Holidays not included*** )

♦ Each individual order, is made with the knowledge that the BUYER is buying ahead of time. When placing your order, please take my processing time into consideration.
It is recommended to place your orders no later than 3 WEEKS prior to your event.
My Number 1 Priority is that my product is in your hands on time for your event. Your input is essential.

✔Delivery takes 2-3 business days
✔You will receive a shipping notification with tracking number when you package ships.

Items are shipped to the shipping address provided.
*If shipped to the wrong address the Buyer will be responsible for all shipping expenses.

► Glitter Magic Party is NOT responsible for damages, delays, stolen or lost orders during shipment.
I cannot control the USPS. I ship your order allowing enough time for the USPS to deliver your order. However, there are some instances that are out of my control.


- If an item is damaged upon arrival, you must file a claim with USPS for the damages.

- If your package shows Delivered with USPS, and you did not receive it, no refund will be given. Please contact your Post Office immediately, it will be your responsibility to follow up with USPS for the lost package. The Post Office will be able to research delivery and you can request to speak with your personal carrier as to where the package was delivered or where it was placed.

- If your Delivered Package has been stolen please file a Report with your Local Police Department, your Local Post Office, and also file an online complaint with the postal inspector to ensure that further mail theft or missing packages do not occur at your designated mail area.
